1-Evaluation of the Educational Process:

 

1.1 Set the policies and procedures for evaluation of performance.

1.2 Evaluation of all the fundamental processes of the educational process:

- educational program.

- courses.

- Faculty members.

- Educational resources.

1.3 Design tools for evaluation :

- questionnaires .

- surveys.

- observation cards.

- interview cards.

- program and course matrix.

- templates for improvement action plan.

1.4 Reporting on :

- Quality of course specifications.

- Results of analysis of evaluation forms.

- Annual Evaluation Report of the Educational program.

1.5 Performance Indicators:

- Formulate PIs for all standards

- Regular monitoring of the progress of those PIs

- Evaluate the annual progress against reference benchmarks

2- Strategic Planning (SP):

 

2.1 Formulation of the Faculty's (SP)

2.2 Monitoring of the Faculty's (SP)

2.3 Reporting on the progress of the Faculty's (SP):

2.3.1 Regular monthly reports.

2.3.2 Annual report.

2.3.3 Final report (after 5 years).

3- Academic Accreditation And Quality Assurance:

3.1 Ensure and monitor the implementation and compliance to the standards set by the National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment (NCAAA).

3.2 Write and issue the Faculty Annual Report.

3.3 Obtain accreditation :

3.3.1 Conduct the self review process (internal evaluation)

3.3.2 Write the Faculty's Self Study

4- Quality assurance:

 

4.1 Disseminate quality culture through conducting seminars, training programs, workshops in collaboration with the Training Unit.

4.2 Provide consultancy in quality assurance and accreditation.

4.3 Monitor and update implementation of ISO management.

4.4 Organize TOT Program in quality management with the Training Unit.

5- Documentation:

 

5.1 Construct a comprehensive database for all the processes concerning the educational process

5.2 Update both the paper and electronic database annually

5.3 Perform statistics
